Cookie Policy

This website uses cookies and local storage technologies (localStorage) to allow the platform to function correctly.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files downloaded to your device when you visit certain web pages. Among other things, they allow a website to store and retrieve information about a user's browsing habits or about their device.
2. Technologies used by Nexo
Nexo currently uses only strictly necessary and functional cookies, for which express user consent is not required (although the duty to inform does apply). We use no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.
We do record aggregated usage statistics on our own servers, and we do so without cookies or persistent identifiers: each visit is given a random identifier that exists only in the browser's memory for that page load, is never stored on the device, and cannot be used to recognise the same person on later visits. Paths are normalised before being sent, so they contain no client or booking identifiers.
| Name / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
nexo_locale | Nexo | Stores your language preference. | Strictly necessary | Session / Persistent |
sb-* | Supabase | User session management and secure authentication. | Strictly necessary | Session / Persistent |
nexo_user_identity (localStorage) | Nexo | Pre-fills your name and phone number on future bookings. | Functional | Persistent |
nexo_cookie_consent (localStorage) | Nexo | Remembers that this notice has been shown, so it is not repeated on every visit. | Strictly necessary | Persistent |
The booking form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. In its default configuration — the one we use — Turnstile issues a single-use token and sets no cookie on your device; it would only do so with the pre-clearance option, which requires the domain to be served through Cloudflare, and this one is not. It does involve a connection to Cloudflare's servers, described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Managing cookies
You can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device through the settings of the browser installed on your computer (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.). Please note that disabling certain technical cookies will prevent access to your account or stop the booking system working correctly.
